The life we’re living is a real passage, we’re in this world, but we don’t belong to this world… And the Bible constantly shows us that we’re not here forever.

Hebrews 13:14: ‘For we have no permanent city here, but we seek the one to come.’

Our home is not here, we are pilgrims with a mission! Sometimes we get so caught up in everyday things, social media, studies, parties and everything else. But why are material things so important? Or momentary pleasures? When the most precious thing is to guard our heart, to guard our salvation!

The signs are becoming clearer and clearer that we are in the last times, and what are you doing to help God?

Jesus gave us a clear mission in Mark 16:15: “And he said unto them, Go into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.”

This mission is a call to all Christians, wherever they may be. Yes, you KURIAKOS YOUTH have been called to share the good news, so the time to act is now! Don’t put off until tomorrow what you can do today. Every conversation, every friendship, is an opportunity to show the light of Christ.

And what motivates us to do all this? Love! Love is the fuel that drives us to go out and make a difference. In Matthew 22:37-39, Jesus teaches us to love God with all our heart and to love our neighbour as ourselves. Love must be our motivation in everything we do. When we truly love, we want the people around us to know the hope and truth that we find in Christ.

John 13:35 says that everyone will know that we are Jesus’ disciples if we have love for one another. The world needs to see this love in action, and that starts with our attitude, not just talking about God’s love, but demonstrating it through actions.

Remember, we are PASSING THROUGH, and that gives us an urgency to evangelise. Don’t let the opportunity to share the message that can change lives pass you by. Let’s be youths who make a difference, who love and who are ready to act. May we be channels of God’s love and promoters of his message while we are passing through.
